Adagio

attributed to Tomaso Albinoni

Adagio in G minor for stings and organ is attributed to the 18th-century Venetian composer, Tomaso Albinoni (1671-1751).  There is strong evidence that 20th-century musicologist, Remo Giazotto, actually completed the work based on fragment.  Either way, there is no denying the haunting beauty of this piece.
